Season champs celebrated

Great weather, a great track and great racing marked the end of the 2021 season at Phillips County Raceway on Friday, Sept. 17.

Following the races, season awards were presented as racers and fans celebrated in the pits.

PCR organizer Joe Bellm, with BST Racing, complimented Ed Glennemeier, Matt Firme and Justin Bussell for their efforts on track preparation. He said there were some new racers in the lineup last week, and they were very impressed with the track.

Bellm also acknowledged appreciation for family, friends, racers, fans and more who supported the track this season.

Bellm said they’re already working on next year’s plan, trying to coordinate dates that work.
