Shaw swims season’s bests

Competing with the Valley boys swim team, HHS senior Keegan Shaw turned in season-best times in the Mountain View/Estes Park/Valley triangular in Mountain View Thursday, April 4.
“It was a confidence-boosting meet for him,” said Holyoke coach Aly Brinkema, citing his season-best performances in the 200-yard freestyle and the 100-yard freestyle.
Shaw was barely out-touched in the 100 free to take second place with a time of :54.56. He finished third in the 200 free, clocking 2:07.77.
