Skill, determination on display at Holyoke Youth Wrestling Tournament

Holyoke’s wrestling future was evident to an audience of parents, coaches and fans who packed the gym at Holyoke JR/SR High School last Saturday, Feb. 26, for the Holyoke Youth Wrestling Tournament.

About 180 wrestlers from 25 teams competed throughout the day, and the Holyoke Wrestling Club came away with 250 points, marking the first time in at least eight years that the club won the team championship for the Holyoke tournament.
