Soccer ends with Sunday funday

Wet spring weather has been a problem all season, so instead of having a season finale on Saturday as planned, local players enjoyed a beautiful Sunday afternoon of soccer May 20. Kindergartner Isaiah Murray, at right, heads down the field, followed closely by Yareli Goytia and Branton McCabe. Twelve teams with 120 pre-kindergartners through 19-year-olds made up the City of Holyoke Recreation Department soccer program this year.
