Softball teams slide into summer
Summer softball has been a hit in Holyoke this season. The 13-16-year-olds hosted Chappell, Nebraska, on Tuesday, June 8, and the 9-12-year-olds played Garden County, Nebraska, on Thursday, June 17.
The teams are coached by Kendra Schlachter, Sherman Kage, Shianne Willmon and Molly Brown.
The regular season is set to end on Thursday, June 24, and the league tournament will be played in Julesburg on Monday-Tuesday, June 28-29.
