Toss like a boss

Scott Jeppson steps up to the challenge in a cornhole tournament Friday, June 17, at the Party in the Park, which kicked off Holyoke Chamber of Commerce’s two-day Dandelion Daze event. In addition to cornhole, Homesteaders Park was the site of a community barbecue served by Holyoke Volunteer Fire Department, a Dance Fuzion performance and a beer garden. Team Wes and Randy of Yuma and Imperial, Nebraska, was the winner of the cornhole tournament. There are four more opportunities to participate in the chamber’s cornhole series: July 16, Aug. 20, Sept. 17 and Oct. 15.
