Phillips County Fair organizers recently announced the schedule for the July 25-31 fair, and the week is packed with events and competitions for the whole family at the fairgrounds in Holyoke.

A bill requiring counties to allow employees to engage in collective bargaining was the subject of a press conference April 22, and the counties aren’t happy.
The Colorado State Fair announced its celebration plans for the 150th state fair, scheduled for Aug. 26-Sept. 5 at the state fairgrounds in Pueblo.
