The Holyoke Farmer’s Co-op filling station was built the summer of 1927 on the Holyoke Farmers Cooperative Elevator Company property on the north side of West Denver Street. The new, “strictly modern” station was of brick construction with a large canopy roof projecting 27 feet beyond the main building to protect the two large pumps which served the double driveway, in addition to a curb pump. — source: Phillips County Museum
