The former Hall House was moved from Lamar, Nebraska, to the corner of Phelan Avenue and Carnahan Street in Holyoke in 1937, where it became the Beehive Apartments. Hall House was erected as a hotel in Lamar, Nebraska, by George and Maranda Hall in 1906. The apartment building had numerous owners in its long history, with Bill Lorance owning and managing it for a number of years.
