
The 2017 Phillips County Fair ended on a high note with Bulls Gone Wild! Saturday, July 29, bull riders aimed for the 8-second buzzer, bullfighters tempted fate for 40-second intervals, and the county’s tiniest daredevils held on tight for mutton bustin’.
