Two Holyoke High School basketball players, senior Ethan Johnson and sophomore Wyatt Sprague, have been named to this year’s boys All-Conference basketball list.

No. 1 Yuma defeated No. 3 Sanford 59-43 on Saturday, March 12, to win the 2A boys basketball state championship.

Girls punch ticket to state
It’s “all or nothing” for the Holyoke Lady Dragon basketball team as they head to the Colorado 2A state tournament Thursday-Saturday, March 10-12, in Loveland.

Boys season ends at regional championship
After defeating No. 19 Byers 47-43 on Friday, March 4, No. 14 Holyoke fell to No. 3 Sanford 61-39 in the regional championship game at Sanford on Saturday, March 5, to end the Dragons’ season.
