Halloween activities set for Oct. 30
With no school the afternoon of Friday, Oct. 30, Holyoke is giving kids some Halloween activities to keep them entertained.
For a second time, Holyoke City Council members tabled a proposed ordinance Oct. 6 that would prohibit the keeping of livestock within the city limits.
