It’s hard to miss the new bright blue bench on the northwest corner of the Phillips County Court House lawn in Holyoke. The bench was installed in December in memory of Mary Louise Evans.
An unidentified man is pictured standing in front of the Holyoke fire house and power house sometime in the mid-1900s.
