When heading north from downtown Holyoke on Highway 385, there will no longer be a question as to where the Phillips County Fairgrounds are located.
Thanks to a $52,894 grant from the Electronic Recording Technology Board, anything recorded in the Phillips County clerk’s office will soon be viewable online.
