HHS spring sports underway
Holyoke High School’s spring sports have begun, with track and field, girls golf and baseball. Additionally, two HHS swimmers are competing on the Valley High School boys team.

Yuma boys win state basketball
Yuma’s boys basketball team walked away with the win in last weekend’s 2A state basketball tournament. In the championship game, they beat Crowley County 59-41.

Holyoke to face Limon Thursday
For the second year, the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland will host the Colorado 2A state basketball tournament.

Girls make state after regional upset
There were tears of joy when the Lady Dragon varsity basketball team celebrated not only a regional championship but also a state-qualifying win Saturday, March 3.
Yuma boys headed to 2A state
Among high school boys basketball, Yuma is the only team in the district to make it to the 2A state tournament Thursday-Saturday, March 8-10.
