Volleyball team is runner-up at tournament

The Lady Dragon volleyball team brought home some hardware after finishing in second place at a tournament at Denver Christian on Saturday, Sept. 10.

Rookie sensation Laney Bellm, 17, a high school senior has 2 championship races Friday night at Phillips County Raceway. Bellm is 4 points behind Kyle Clough, the Nebraska farmer going into Friday night’s championship. Bellm will also be competing for a championship on Saturday at I-76 Speedway. Champions to be crowned Friday

Championship night for International Motor Contest Association and the Tri-State Tour takes place this Friday night, Sept. 16, starting at 7 p.m. at the Phillips County Raceway in Holyoke.
