3A state swim meet held Tuesday in Thornton
Weather postponed the 3A girls state swimming competition not once, but twice this week as Holyoke swimmers awaited the opportunity to compete at the Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center in Thornton.

3 relays, 2 individuals head to state swimming
Due to COVID restrictions this year, Colorado high school swimming is only taking the top 20 times from each division of 3A, 4A and 5A schools to state competition.

Girls claim No. 1 spot
Last week, only two games separated the Holyoke High School girls basketball team from an undefeated regular season.

Boys b-ball bound for playoffs
Holyoke boys basketball wrapped up their regular season and qualified for the playoffs with a 7-7 record. As No. 19, they traveled to face No. 14 Meeker on Tuesday, March 9.
