With help from stimulus funding, Phillips County Extension Office is able to hold a series of free workshops dealing with a variety of different agricultural topics.
The first workshop will deal with livestock and will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21 at the Extension office.
Learn how to supplement family income, learn about raising dairy goats and rabbits, learn how to be a part of the community garden, help build a local food system and have access to fresh food all year round.
Three other workshops with topics of aquaponics, micro greens and hoop houses and vermiculture will be offered.
