![]() The town was buzzing last week as the concrete structure scheduled to house Seaboard Foods’ new feed mill shot up. Crews worked around the clock to pour the tall mill which will produce pellet feed for Seaboard’s live swine operations. Work began in May on the 33-acre site, but it wasn’t until last week that the structure began to take shape. And take shape it did. Crews began pouring concrete just five days before the photo above was taken on Wednesday, Aug. 29. The $13 million project is scheduled to be completed in June of 2013. —Enterprise photo Holyoke Enterprise September 6, 2012 |
