Daylight-saving time ends this weekend

Residents are reminded to set their clocks back one hour Saturday night, Nov. 3 as daylight-saving time officially ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4.

HVFD called twice

Holyoke Volunteer Fire Department was called two times last week. The first call came Thursday, Oct. 25 at 8:40 a.m. when they were summoned to a one-vehicle accident two miles east of Holyoke on Highway 6.

The second call came Saturday morning, Oct. 27 at 7:45 a.m. when they were summoned to a one-vehicle rollover three and a half miles south of Holyoke on Highway 385.
