Jeanette Denison - July 09, 2009

Jeanette Victoria Burchett Denison, born in Holyoke Aug. 26, 1917, died July 9, 2009. Funeral services were held July 16 at Castle Rock with interment at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver.

Jeanette was the sister of long-time Holyoke residents Wilbur Burchett and Mack Burchett, a current resident of Carriage House Assisted Living Center, and sister of Dolores Burchett Sawyer of Glendale, Ariz., currently a summer resident of Holyoke.

Jeanette is survived by her daughter Carmen Speck of Joplin, Mo. and son Rick Denison of Elizabeth, seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
